The aim of this website is two-fold:

1. To keep current owners and tenants up to date with events and developments within New Cut Rigg , including reminding everyone of following a ‘code of living’ which respects others dwellers and the development
2. To help new owners and tenants to understand how New Cut Rigg functions, to enable them to settle in quickly and appreciate how pleasant it is to live in New Cut Rigg

To this end, the website contains information about living here, which will be updated as required, as well as information about forthcoming meetings of the association.  The minutes of the committee meetings are available on the app of our factor, James Gibb, in a folder that is only available to owners of properties in New Cut Rigg.
