New Cut Rigg is an Applecross development on the site of the old Holy Cross Academy at the top of Craighall Road.

The development is formed of two buildings – Building One which has 44 apartments in stairs one, two and three; and Building Two which has 51 apartments in stairs seven, eight and nine.
